Open daily, the Tourism Lounge is the ideal starting point to plan your Harbour Town adventure. Our friendly customer service team will welcome you into the air-conditioned lounge, full of creature comforts including complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, coffee, phone charging and filtered water. Visitors are welcome to store their shopping at the Lounge, plus any luggage if they’re yet to check in to their hotel or are awaiting a connection to the Gold Coast or Brisbane airport. Visitors are encouraged to collect their FREE Tourist Discount Card when visiting the Tourism Lounge or Information Kiosk. The Tourist Discount Card is packed with exclusive offers, further discounts on already reduced prices, plus selected dining deals in-Centre. Our comfortable Tourism Lounge is open to all visitors to the Gold Coast including domestic and international tourists, group tours, school excursions and conference delegates.
