Vikasati Holistic Wellness Centre, is now open in Southport on the Gold Coast.

Vikasati means to evolve.  It signifies growth, expansion, and reaching one’s full potential.  At Vikasati our mission is to support a community of healthy, thriving individuals, allowing you to function optimally and empowering you to be your best when it comes to those important matters of family, work, and health.

Our facilities are world-class, optimised for hot and cold contrast therapy as well as comfort and experience. We are uniquely outdoors, bringing in the healing benefits of sunshine, moonlight and fresh air. And our communal bathhouse is designed to encourage social connection, while also providing the opportunity for your own space and disconnection.

Our ice plunge and hot and cold magnesium pools are 1.8m deep with perfectly positioned seats so that you can comfortably submerge your entire body. We offer both 5.5 degree and 14 degree cold options, perfect for all experience levels and varied contrast therapy protocols. We have 2 hot magnesium pools as well as Australia’s largest traditional Finnish rock sauna, providing a spacious and welcoming hot experience – where we know most people spend most of their time. Our sauna has 3 tiered levels, allowing you to easily manage your temperature depending on your heat conditioning or contrast therapy protocol.

Your experience at Vikasati is completely up to you and totally non-prescriptive. There will be days when your body is feeling charged and ready to push in the sauna and ice bath, and others where you simply want to relax in the hot magnesium pool. Some days you’ll set a timer and strictly move from hot to cold, and others where you go with the flow, enjoying the restorative pace of what feels good to you in the moment. Our team is always happy to help guide your experience and share the method behind our recommendations, but you are always free to move through the bathhouse in whichever way serves your mind and body best.
