Annual Cystic Fibrosis “Hunt for a Cure” Easter Egg Hunt
Braden Lamb of LJ Hooker Nerang invites all local residents to come along and hunt for chocolate Easter eggs! Mr Hooker Bear & the Easter Bunny need the help of local kids to hunt for all of the Easter eggs that he’s lost around Girral Park in Ashmore! He only asks that you make a gold coin donation to his friends at Cystic Fibrosis QLD upon registering! Fun for all ages including, jumping castle, animal farm, face painting, lucky door prizes (drawn from registered participants), coffee van & sausage sizzle! Get your photo taken with Mr Hooker Bear & his friend, the Easter Bunny, who will have lots balloons for their helpers! All Money raised will be given to our friends at Cystic Fibrosis QLD, so come on down for a fun filled morning on the 26th March, 2016 @ Girral Park Ashmore. Registrations will begin at 8.30am, with the hunt kicking off at 9am.

Broadwater Parklands Easter Concert
Hop on down to this year’s Easter family concert and fireworks extravaganza. The concert features a live performance from Nick Jr.’s PAW Patrol, you can shake their paws afterwards at a meet and greet. Be mesmerised by the amazing feats at the Nickleby’s Easter Magic Spectacular plus a special appearance by the Cadbury Easter bunny.

Australian Street Entertainment Championships
This Easter long weekend from 25 to 28 March 2016, Surfers Paradise will once again transform into carnival of laughter and entertainment with the return of the Australian Street Entertainment Championships. See both amateur and professional performers take to stages across Surfers Paradise, all vying for the crowd’s attention. You can even join in the fun and vote for your favourite amateur act in the People’s Choice Award. There’ll also be the well-known back-flipping daredevils from Australia’s Got Talent, the Flair Riders, performing BMX stunt shows four-times daily on the Surfers Paradise foreshore.
