Conveniently located at 1/76 Ferry Road, Southport, the centre is only a short drive from Surfers Paradise and other popular Gold Coast destinations. It is situated opposite Von Bibra Subaru and next to Kärcher, with free parking available onsite. The centre is also accessible by public transport.

Indoor Shooting Range in Southport

Gold Coast Indoor Shooting Centre provides a safe, controlled and welcoming environment where visitors can experience the excitement of firing real firearms at targets. The indoor range features 25-metre shooting lanes and a selection of firearms to suit different experience and confidence levels. Friendly, professional instructors guide every participant through the experience, making the activity suitable for complete beginners as well as returning shooters.

Safe & Professionally Supervised Indoor Shooting

Before entering the range, participants receive a comprehensive safety briefing and instructions on the correct way to handle, load, aim and fire their selected firearm. The experienced team supervises visitors throughout the session and provides guidance to help them shoot safely and confidently. Required protective equipment, including hearing and eye protection, is supplied as part of the experience.

Visitors can choose from a range of single-firearm and multi-firearm experiences when they arrive. The team can explain the available options and help each participant select an experience suited to their interests and ability. Up to four people can be allocated to one shooting lane, making it a great activity to enjoy with friends or family.

Participants must be at least 11 years old. Anyone aged from 11 to 17 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over from their group. The activity is suitable for a wide variety of visitors, from adventurous families and couples to experienced target shooters looking for something different.

Gold Coast Group Activities & Special Events

Gold Coast Indoor Shooting Centre is also an excellent venue for group activities and special occasions. The centre welcomes birthday celebrations, corporate functions, team-building activities, bucks parties, hens parties and social groups. A supervised shooting session provides an exciting alternative to traditional Gold Coast group activities and creates an experience participants will remember long after their visit.

All participants must wear fully enclosed shoes. Loose-fitting or low-cut tops are not recommended because hot firearm casings may be ejected during shooting. Visitors should arrive sober and must not be affected by alcohol or drugs. Management may refuse participation if a person appears to be under the influence.

Visitors should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow time to complete the required paperwork and prepare for the experience. Walk-ins may be accepted when lanes are available; however, advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly during weekends, holidays and other busy periods.

Gold Coast Indoor Shooting Centre is open seven days a week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Opening hours may vary on public holidays, so visitors are encouraged to confirm before travelling.
